1. 18+ only

Waifumaster is restricted to users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher). By using the service you confirm you meet that requirement.

2. Allowed use

You may use Waifumaster to generate AI artwork, including artwork that depicts adult themes between consenting fictional adults. Outputs that depict real, identifiable people without consent, or that depict minors in a sexual or suggestive context, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3. Content rights

Generated images are yours to use. We don't claim copyright on outputs. Some underlying checkpoints carry their own licenses (notably non-commercial licenses on certain anime SDXL fine-tunes); commercial use of outputs depends on the license of the model you generate with.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 7 days of purchase if you've used less than 10 generations.

5. Limits

Each plan ships with a monthly quota. Quota does not roll over. Pay-as-you-go top-ups don't expire. Throughput is best-effort; queue priority depends on plan tier.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Generate prohibited content (minors, real people without consent, etc.)
Resell access without a Studio plan
Abuse the service to evade rate limits or quota
Charge back legitimate purchases without contacting us first

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, output quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
